We’re always here to help if your device is acting up. If you can’t fix the problem yourself with our help, read onwards on how to claim this extended warranty:
- Contact us by Chat or Email, quoting your Order Number.
- Provide us your order invoice clearly stating the Order Number, warranty coupon and warranty card if applicable.
- Take a photo or video of the device damage. Video is better.
- Send the device back to us at your own expense.
- We will either repair or replace it, then send the repaired/replaced device back to you.
What this warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Customer-induced damage
- Foodstuffs product damage
- Damage due to the logistics process (e.g. device damaged in transit)
We want to give our customers the best experience with their orders and having a long-lasting product contributes to that. So, have some peace of mind with our extended warranty!
